Using the service
By using FreeFile, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your uploads, your account, and the links you share. Only upload material you own or have permission to store and distribute.
Acceptable use
Do not use FreeFile to share illegal content, malware, phishing material, threats, sexual exploitation, or private information without authorization. Do not infringe copyright or other rights, harass others, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Respect upload limits and request limits.
Your content and sharing
You retain your rights to your content. You allow FreeFile to store, process, and deliver it as needed to provide the service. You choose what to share and are responsible for checking vault access settings. Public links may be forwarded, and recipients may keep copies.
Availability and removal
Keep your own backup. FreeFile does not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage. Features and limits may change, and files or accounts may be restricted or removed for abuse, legal requirements, or operational reasons. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees against loss or interruption. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
