An upload will not finish

• Check the file format and upload limits.
• Keep the upload page open and use the retry control if a file fails.
• If your session has expired, refresh the page. A guest upload depends on the original browser session.
• If you see Review upload, open it to inspect or discard the pending batch before starting over.
• If requests are temporarily limited, wait a minute before trying again.

A link will not open

Check that you copied the full link. A file may have been removed, or its vault may require a password or the owner to sign in. Ask the person who shared the link to check its access settings. Reopen the file page if a temporary download link has expired.

Account access

Use password reset if you cannot sign in. Check your spam folder for the reset email. Never share your password, API key, or session cookies.

Get in touch

Contact support with the time of the issue, your browser, the exact error message, and the steps that led to it. Include a file or vault link only if it is relevant, and leave out private file contents and passwords.
